For nearly 30 years, REMDRUK has specialised in the manufacture, regeneration and precision grinding of industrial rollers.

We serve customers from the flexible packaging, corrugated and metal packaging, flexographic and offset printing, tissue, woodworking, food-processing, and metallurgical industries.

Our core offer includes new and regenerated rubber-coated rollers, applicator rollers and rubber sleeves for printing and laminating. We restore worn working surfaces, apply new coatings and carry out precision grinding to the required dimensions.

The manufacture and complete regeneration of rollers are carried out within one production facility. This includes coating, machining, grinding, dimensional inspection, dynamic balancing, as well as the repair or replacement of damaged journals and shafts.

Depending on the application, we provide solutions with rubber, silicone, polyurethane, technical chrome and ceramic coatings.

We also supply anilox rollers for printing, varnishing, coating and adhesive application, together with specialised cleaning and maintenance chemicals for offset printing rollers, printing equipment and anilox rollers.

Our product range is completed by expanding shafts and rollers made of steel, aluminium and carbon fibre. Lightweight and highly rigid carbon-fibre rollers represent the future of precise, high-speed machinery.

REMDRUK combines manufacturing experience, technical expertise and practical support to deliver solutions tailored to each customer’s production process.
