Gears

We produce milled gears of the highest quality (straight and oblique), as well as hardened and ground gears. The gears are made using modern CNC machines. There is a possibility of additional treatment by blackening or nitriding.

Use: A large proportion of the cylinders are driven by gears. For example, magnetic rollers, sheeter, anvil, embossing, printing cylinders, air cylinders.

Additional options: gears – 6th class: ground and hardened; standard. Standard (milled), milled + hardened. We produce gears in various configurations depending on the requirements of the machine. The gears can also be made of textolite and polyamide. Gears can be blackened.
