Embossing Cylinders

The cylinders are based on the method of dry embossing, i.e. creating a three-dimensional pattern (2.5D) in the embossed material by squeezing a die / male in order to emphasize the previously printed pattern, e.g. an inscription, logo or any decorative element. An additional advantage of Rotometal cylinders is that the pressing takes place at ambient temperature.

Use: for decorative purposes, for embossing products, for embossing inscriptions, for embossing patterns in materials, applying three-dimensional 3D printing to materials.

Advantages:

• Very precise execution of the product enables precise work during embossing
• Possibility to make longitudinal and transverse lines to facilitate the assembly of molds
• Embossing is performed at ambient temperature, it does not emit heat
